Piedmont Hotels

Piedmont is a haven for foodies. Situated at the border between France and Switzerland, its landscape features fields, vine-rows and stunning scenery. Here you’ll find white truffles, hazelnuts and pumpkins in abundance as well as an impressive range of wine varieties to suit any occasion or season. Turin is the main transport hub of Piedmont Hotels and many visitors start their explorations here. Although Turin boasts some of Piedmont’s most stunning spots, it’s wise to venture further afield. Beyond Turin’s grand palaces and modern hotels are hidden treasures such as agriturismo – converted farm estates or villas; monasteries converted to spa hotels; rustic restaurants with rooms and cooking schools; cozy ski chalets in Sestriere and the Italian Alps. Traveler Focus was launched by a group of Travel Enthusiasts in 2023 to showcase the best Hotels in Piedmont, Italy.

When exploring Piedmont’s Barberas, Barbarescos, and Moscato D’Astis wine regions, you’ll want to stay along the scenic roads of the Langhe Hills. They lead to Alba – known as the white truffle capital – via La Morra and Bra. Acqui Terme, an ancient Roman city famous for its sulfur springs, is another great destination for spa breaks; Biella also provides beautiful opportunities for walking.
